-  A chocolate bar - which is often over 200 Calories.. You could either walk for about an hour to burn that 200 calories, or you could simply not eat that chocolate bar. Which sounds easier to you?

   一條巧克力大部分都超過兩百卡,你要健走一小時才能消掉那兩百卡,或者你也可以選擇不吃巧克力,等於不需要健走了,哪個聽起來比較容易做到?
